With your help, Caring Hearts Medical Foundation will begin the first phase of construction of your Community Health Center by July 2019. We want YOU to be a part of this historic endeavor. This state of the art 3 -level 7500 square foot facility will be the pride of our community. It will provide comprehensive health Care to ALL- with a special focus on the Underserved. The proposed services include, Medical, Dental, Pediatrics, Men and Women’s health Behavioral Health, and Urgent Care Services.
